Mindset Lock adds an intentional pause before your selected apps open.

Choose between 1 and 50 individual apps to protect, write a short reset line that matters to you, and turn protection on. Mindset Lock uses Apple Screen Time permission to show that line before each selected app opens. Tap I Read It when you are ready to continue; this starts a manual session with no countdown and opens only that app while the other selected apps remain protected. The app you opened stays available until you deliberately end the session. Reopen Mindset Lock or run its Lock Again action to restore protection for all selected apps. Leaving an opened app by itself does not end the session.
