## Description

Tourndex is a focused operations toolkit for people who run live poker tournaments. Build the structure of blinds and breaks, time levels with a precision clock, balance tables as the field shrinks, log every floor ruling, and finish with a printable payout sheet. No accounts, no servers, no advertising. Everything happens on the device, instantly.

Tournaments
Create events of any format from freezeout to mystery bounty. Track registration, auto-balance tables, run a random seat draw, manage rebuys and add-ons, log warnings and penalties per player, and review the full decision history when the event is over.

Structure Lab
Build levels in a clean editor. Visualize average stack depth in big blinds at every level. Compare two structures side by side. Automatically adjust the structure when the actual field size differs from your plan. Save your favorite structures as named presets.

Payout Lab
Compute the prize pool from buy-ins, rebuys, and add-ons. Pick a cash share preset (10, 12.5, 15 or 20 percent) and let the app build the payout table for you. Run a side-by-side ICM, chip-chop and equal save calculator at the final table. Track regular and mystery bounties. Export a clean PDF payout sheet that prints on standard A4.

Academy
A pocket reference for the floor: searchable rule entries, clock procedure checklist, table breakdown procedure, color-up procedure, a graded learning path from basic to advanced, and a cheat-sheet generator that produces a printable summary you can hand to a new dealer.

Tourndex is built for tournament directors, floor staff, and casino managers. It is not a gambling product. There is no real-money wagering. Everything is stored locally on the device.
