Free Time Platform is a complete company management system for mid-sized contractors. The iOS app gives field crews everything they need on site: daily progress entry, safety incident reporting, materials receiving and checkout, equipment requests, and drawing access — without the office-app feel that exists with many Construction Management Apps today.

WHAT YOU CAN DO FROM YOUR PHONE

• Track daily progress by phase code with takeoff drawing overlays, earthwork zone movements, and labor hours. Submit a complete day's report in under five minutes including weather conditions, visitors, delays, and superintendent notes.

• Report safety incidents with severity classification, injured-person details, an interactive 4-view body diagram for marking injury locations, photo capture, and lessons learned. Daily site inspections walk through an 18-item checklist with pass / fail / N/A.

• Receive and check out materials with vendor selection, photo documentation, and full transaction history. Link receipts to open purchase orders so the office sees the same data without re-entry.

• Request and manage equipment — onsite delivery, off-rent pickup, vendor coordination. Photos and full assignment history travel with each piece.

• View project drawings with server-rendered thumbnails for quick navigation. Multi-page PDFs render natively without bouncing to another app.

• Last Planner / weekly work plan commitments with Percent Plan Complete (PPC) tracking and variance review.
