## Description

EDS: Sports By Choice is the app where your fitness becomes a clear progress game. You build your hero: name, weight, training level, a global goal (gain or lose weight, endurance, or definition), and the places you actually train—home, gym, pool, or outdoors. The system tailors quest ideas to what you have available: for example, if you don’t use the gym, barbell work isn’t pushed on you—a sensible alternative is offered instead.
Move through levels 1 to 50: earn XP, close the day, and watch task difficulty scale with your level. Quests can come from a random roll for surprise, or you can pick them yourself from a list matched to your level. The journal tracks full wins, partial days, and misses—plus a calendar and a streak for perfect closes.
Change your weight, goal, or locations anytime—the logic picks up the new data and refreshes quest selection.
EDS: Sports By Choice isn’t another one-size-fits-all plan. It’s your pace, your goal, and the feeling that every completed quest really moves you forward.
