The crisis button opens in one tap, with no waiting. Inside are the support lines for your country, and exercises for the minutes when the urge is strongest: guided breathing, urge surfing, muscle relaxation, HALT.

None of them tell you to resist. They teach you to watch the wave until it passes, which is what works.

THE BLOCKER

You choose the betting apps on your phone and OddsOut covers them when you open them, using the iPhone's Screen Time. It keeps working with the app closed and after you restart the phone. You can turn it off whenever you want — we never lock you out of your own phone.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE

Odd is a companion who is always there to talk. The community is anonymous: you join with a nickname, never with your name. There is a forum, groups by type of addiction, and the chance to find someone walking the same road.

And there is a directory of psychologists, for when that is the next step.

WHAT IS YOURS STAYS YOURS

The journal is encrypted on your phone, with a key that never leaves it. We cannot read it. You can delete your account and everything in it, at any moment, without asking anyone.

SUBSCRIPTION

OddsOut is paid: €9.99 a month or €59.99 a year. Prices include VAT. The subscription renews itself and is cancelled in your iPhone Settings.

If you change your mind in the first 30 days, you request the refund inside the app, in two taps. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple decides refunds — we support the request, and if anything goes wrong write to support@oddsout.app.
