NXtime is the time-tracking app for Spanish SMEs that meets the RDL 8/2019 mandate without paperwork or training.

KEY FEATURES

• GPS-verified clock-in: the app checks your location matches the workplace before recording the entry.
• Cryptographically signed records: every entry is signed in a chain. Any edit leaves an audit trail detectable by the Labour Inspectorate.
• Inspection QR: when the Labour Inspectorate arrives, generate a read-only temporary link they consult without touching your account.
• Multi-team: define schedules per department, manage absences, holidays and time corrections.
• Multilingual: Spanish, English, Catalan and French.
