## Description

Visible watermarks can be cropped, covered, or distract from the image itself. TraceMark offers a local, privacy-conscious alternative: it embeds a hidden proof and compression resistant marker into the pixel data of images you choose to mark.

To the naked eye, the image is intended to look unchanged. In TraceMark, the marker can be scanned and read back later, helping you identify a specific marked copy of an image.
