## Description

The official Flux ERP app for Ecoair Group employees: check in, view payslips, request leave, submit claims and stay on top of company memos — all from your phone.

Flux ERP is the official workforce and HR app for Ecoair Group employees. Access is restricted to staff with credentials issued by your HR department — this app is intended for employees and authorised partners only and does not support public sign-up.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Attendance — Check in and check out with a single tap. Your location is captured only at the moment of check-in and check-out to confirm you are at an approved work site.
• Payslips — View and download your monthly payslips securely.
• Leave — Request annual, sick and other leave, and track approval status.
• Expense claims — Submit reimbursement claims with supporting receipts.
• Travel requests — Raise and follow up on business travel requests.
• Fleet — Drivers and field staff can log journeys, fuel, inspections and maintenance.
• Memos & meetings — Receive company memos and notices, and view meeting details.
• Knowledge base — Access company documentation and guides.
• Notifications — Get timely alerts for payroll, leave, attendance and approvals.

PRIVACY

Flux ERP collects only the data needed to provide these features. Location is used solely for attendance and fleet records while you are actively using the app — it is never collected in the background or when the app is closed.
