  Your data is encrypted on-device with AES-256-GCM before it ever leaves your phone. Keys are derived from your PIN and email using PBKDF2-SHA256 (300,000 rounds). Your Data
   Encryption Key is protected in the iOS Keychain behind Face ID or Touch ID. Our servers store only ciphertext — we cannot read your clipboard, ever.
