Stale is a 2D arcade survival clicker where fresh food fights back.

Mold spores are invading your kitchen counter, fruit basket, and refrigerator shelf. Your mission: tap, swipe, and upgrade your defenses to keep your snacks fresh for as long as possible.

HOW TO PLAY

Mold spores drift across the screen in waves. Tap or swipe to destroy them before they land on your food. Each contact drains freshness -- let too many through and your snack goes stale.

UPGRADES

Earn coins for every spore you destroy and spend them on powerful upgrades:

Multitap: Defeat multiple spores per tap.
Slasher: Swipe to carve through entire waves.
Fan: Automatic blast pushes spores back.
Spray: Area-of-effect mist clears the screen.
UFO Lamp: UV beam disintegrates any spore it touches.
Wax Coating: Boosts your snack's freshness shield.

THREE BIOMES

Kitchen Counter -- classic bread loaf, balanced spore waves. The perfect starting ground.
Fruit Basket -- bananas attract fast, clustered swarms. React quickly or lose the bunch.
