## Description

Comfort Suites is the official tenant and management portal for residents of 7422 Saint-Hubert in Montreal. The app gives you everything you need to manage your tenancy from your phone:

• See your monthly rent at a glance — what's owed, what's been paid, and what's still outstanding.
• Get instant Interac e-Transfer instructions whenever it's time to pay rent.
• View every payment we've recorded against your account, with date, amount, and reference number.
• Submit a maintenance ticket in seconds. Pick a category, describe the issue, attach a photo, and we get notified.
• Track each ticket through triage, scheduled, in-progress, and resolved states. Get notified when management replies.
• Re-read your lease, your move-in documents, and any invoices we have on file — all in one place, always with you.
• Submit a renewal decision when your lease is approaching its end.
• Update your account information by sending a change request.

For property managers and staff, the same app provides:
• A live rent roll with current and past months.
• A unified tickets queue with replies, status changes, and attachments.
• Tenant profiles with full payment, lease, and document history.
• An e-Transfer inbox that scans the management mailbox and matches Interac payments to tenants automatically.
• Onboarding pipeline for new prospects and brokers.

Access is private — only invited tenants and authorized staff can sign in. Two-factor authentication is supported throughout.
