Take a photo, add a note, and revisit how things change — all on your device, with no accounts and no cloud uploads unless you choose them.  DermFolio is not a medical device.  If you notice changes in your skin or body that concern you, please consult a qualified medical professional — in fact, we'd love for you to use DermFolio to help your clinician treat you better.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
     • Photograph any body area you want to record — skin, marks, scars, hair, recovery
     • Use the ghost overlay to line up follow-up photos with your last shot
     • Organize photos into Areas, with individual marks, notes, and dates
     • Browse a clean timeline of everything you've recorded
     • Export your records as PDF or images for personal use or to share with a clinician
     
PRIVACY YOU CAN VERIFY
     • No sign-up, no email required. There is no DermFolio account
     • No data is collected by us or sent to any server we run
     • Photos and notes are stored locally on your device, and only synced via iCloud if you turn it on yourself
