  Every time you want to open a blocked app — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any app you choose — you must first complete a quick workout.
   Do push-ups or boxing combinations, unlock your apps for the time you earned, and when the timer runs out, they lock again
  automatically.

  HOW IT WORKS:
  • Select the apps you want to block
  • Choose your unlock duration (15 min, 30 min, 1 hour, or 2 hours)
  • Complete your workout (push-ups or boxing)
  • Your apps unlock for the selected duration
  • When time is up, apps lock again automatically
