Built for surveyors, site managers and contractors who record defects on site and need a professional report at the end of it — without typing everything up twice.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Basements, stairwells, half-built sites. FixSnags is offline-first: every project, report, observation and photo is saved to your device immediately and syncs automatically when you're back on a connection. Nothing waits for a signal, and nothing gets lost.

CAPTURE DEFECTS FAST
Photograph a defect, mark it up directly on the image — arrows, boxes, circles, freehand and text — and crop it to the detail that matters. Set a category and priority, add notes, and move on to the next one.

ORGANISE THE WAY A SITE IS ORGANISED
Group work into projects, then break each one down by sector and subsector, so a hundred observations stay navigable instead of becoming one long list.

CLIENT-READY REPORTS
Export any report as a formatted PDF or Word document, with your company logo and one observation per page. Share it straight from your phone.

Invite colleagues to your company, share projects with view or edit access, and everyone's work merges automatically — including changes made offline on different devices at the same time.

PRIVACY
Analytics is strictly opt-in — nothing is collected until you say yes, and you can change your mind in Settings. GPS and device metadata are stripped from every photo you upload. You can permanently delete your account and all of its data from inside the app at any time.

Subscriptions are managed by your organisation's account owner on the web. FixSnags does not sell anything inside the app.

Section headers are upper-case rather than bold because the App Store description field renders plain text only — markdown asterisks would show literally.
