What you can do
• ROSTER — Drag-and-drop crew × week grid. Pastel colours per site so you can see at a glance who's where.
• QUOTES — Build a quote with line items, tap to email a PDF, mark it Sent. Voice-to-quote: tap, talk, edit, send.
• INVOICES — Progress claims, final claims, follow-ups. Mark Sent → Paid in two taps.
• SCHEDULE — Google Calendar two-way sync. Plan in the app, see it on your calendar.
• PROFIT PER JOB — Materials, labour, overhead — rolled into a clean profit number per project.
• CREW — Day-rates, roles, contact. Long-press to reorder. One-tap SMS invite.
• MATERIALS — Photograph a receipt at the counter. AI sorts it into the right job.
