With DocNow, patients can:

- Choose eligible in-person or virtual visit options
- Complete secure symptom, treatment, and referral intakes
- Message around appointments and view visit details
- Check in for eligible in-person appointments
- Track medication review, payment, pharmacy fulfillment, pickup, or delivery steps
- Request supported specialist referrals and follow referral progress
- View appointment, treatment, referral, and receipt history
