Fit Running: Walk to Unlock brings an F1-inspired racing design to your daily movement. Follow your steps with Apple Health, choose your car theme, track your water and build a routine that puts walking before scrolling.

YOUR STEPS, AT A GLANCE
See today's steps, distance, active energy and your last seven days of activity. Set a daily step goal and follow your progress with a racing dashboard and Home Screen widgets. Choose miles or kilometers in Profile; miles is the default.

MAKE IT YOUR RACE
Explore the car gallery and switch between racing themes. Your selected car and colors bring a new look to your daily dashboard.

TRACK YOUR WATER
Log the amount you drink, set your daily water goal and watch your progress fill the Water screen. Optional daily water and step reminders help you remember your routine. Manage reminders in Profile.

CLIMB THE RANKING
Join the community with your name, country and chosen car. Compare recorded Apple Health steps across daily, weekly and all-time rankings, and see your own position even when you are outside the leading group. Sharing your steps with Ranking is your choice.

WALK FIRST. SCROLL LATER.
Choose distracting apps to block and set a daily step target. With Screen Time permission, Fit Running keeps your selected apps behind that target and unlocks them when your recorded steps reach it.

EASIER TO GET STARTED
A guided walkthrough helps you connect Apple Health, change your car theme and log your first drink. Replay it anytime from Profile. The app supports 16 languages, with English as the fallback and an in-app language selector.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Step tracking, car themes and Water logging are available without a subscription. Ranking and app blocking require an active subscription. Available plans, prices, trial eligibility and renewal details are shown before purchase. Restore purchases in the app and manage your subscription through your Apple account settings.

HEALTH AND PERMISSIONS
Fit Running reads Apple Health activity with your permission. You choose which data to share and can change access in Health. App blocking needs Screen Time access; reminders need notification permission.
