RoastFit is the gym-motivation app that does not pretend to be your friend.

You set your gym time. We send you a notification. You either show up — or pick "NOT TODAY" and explain yourself. Then a brutally specific AI roast picks apart your excuse.

Every excuse you give becomes ammo. The app remembers. Tomorrow's roast knows about yesterday's "I'm too tired" and weaponizes it.
