HOW IT WORKS
Forward your missed calls to Hank's line. When a customer calls and you don't answer, Hank's AI texts them back within seconds. The customer presses 2 to text instead of leaving a voicemail. From there, Hank handles the conversation: asks what's wrong, gathers the address, proposes appointment times, and books the job — right in the customer's text thread.

You see every conversation in the Hank app. Take over a chat at any time with a tap. Hank pauses the AI and hands the conversation to you. Tap again to give it back.
