PonyPal is a break reminder and wellness companion for iPhone and iPad. While using your phone, working, or studying, let a little companion remind you to look away from the screen, stand up, and give your eyes, body, and mind a moment to rest.

Enjoy your phone time, with breaks
Leisure mode lets you plan phone time followed by a short break, with configurable pre-break and break-end reminders. With Screen Time authorization and app locking enabled, PonyPal restricts apps within your configured scope while waiting to start and during breaks.

Focus for a while, then unwind
Set aside time for work or study in Focus mode. Choose whether to apply app locking during focus sessions and breaks, then use your break to look into the distance, drink water, stand up, or complete an activity you have chosen.

Keep your countdown in view
Check session status with Live Activities on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island on supported iPhone models. Availability depends on your device, system settings, and Live Activities permissions.

Understand your rhythm
Review focus sessions, leisure sessions, breaks, and completed activities recorded in PonyPal. Full trends, heatmaps, and usage details are Pro features. These records describe sessions and activities in PonyPal, rather than a complete history of every app used on your phone.

Make breaks your own
Adjust durations, activities, sounds, and appearance. Pro adds long breaks and advanced cycles, more and custom break activities, additional nature sounds, app blocking and allow lists, more themes, and automatic system appearance matching.

Bring your records to Mac and iPhone
Pro supports statistics syncing through your private iCloud. Use the same iCloud account, enable iCloud, and turn on syncing in PonyPal to view records across supported devices. Use the Apple Account from your original purchase to restore the same active Pro subscription on Mac and iOS for each platform's included features.

Permissions and subscriptions
App locking requires Screen Time authorization and is subject to system limitations. Optional Pro subscriptions renew monthly or yearly. The purchase confirmation shows the current price and period. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account, or restore purchases in the app.
