## Description

YapRound is a voice-first reflection journal built for medical students on clerkship.
                                                                                       
  After every shift, open the app, tap record, and talk through what happened. YapRound transcribes your words in real time,
  then uses AI to extract the moments that matter — patient encounters, procedures, teaching points, diagnostic reasoning,     
  ethics cases, and more.
