SleepLight is a focused bedtime utility for the last few minutes before sleep. Set a short countdown, turn on the device light when available, and let the app guide the light off when the time is over.

It is designed for simple use: no account, no cloud setup, no feeds, no distractions. On devices where torch control is unavailable, SleepLight can use a bright white screen fallback.

SleepLight cannot change iOS Auto-Lock settings directly. For the smoothest flow, keep the app open during the countdown and review Auto-Lock in iOS Settings if needed.
