Start a feed and the awake alarm begins automatically. If you go still for too long, your phone gently alarms or vibrates to check you're okay — subtle enough not to wake your baby, but enough to alert you.

Between feeds, explore Awake Mode — seven gentle activities to keep your mind engaged: breathing exercises, rhythm tapping, colour matching, star catching, night trail, bounce ball, and box breathing. All designed for one hand in the dark.
