## Description

MicroTribe Staff Scanner is the dedicated staff app for businesses running MicroTribe loyalty programs. It gives your team everything they need to manage customer loyalty — right from their phone.

SCAN & STAMP
Point the camera at any customer's MicroTribe QR loyalty card to instantly pull up their profile. Add a stamp with one tap. When a customer reaches their stamp goal, the app celebrates the milestone and records the reward automatically.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
Browse your full customer roster with real-time stamp counts, reward balances, and redemption history. Search by name or phone number and filter by: all customers, those with active stamps, those with available rewards, or those who have redeemed before. Tap any customer to view their complete profile and event history.

QUICK ADMIN ACTIONS
From any customer's detail screen, authorised staff can:
• Add a stamp manually (for walk-in or in-person corrections)
• Undo the last stamp at any time — no time limit for admin corrections
• Redeem an available reward on the spot

LOYALTY OVERVIEW
The Loyalty tab shows today's and this week's performance at a glance: customers stamped, rewards earned, and rewards redeemed. A live activity feed shows every stamp, undo, and redemption across your team in real time, with the staff member who performed each action.

TEAM MANAGEMENT
Owners and managers can invite teammates directly from the app. Each staff member is assigned a role — Staff, Manager, or Owner — controlling what they can see and do. Role changes and access revocation are instant.

MULTI-BUSINESS SUPPORT
Staff members who work across multiple businesses can switch between them seamlessly. Each business has its own loyalty program, customer list, and team.

SECURE & RELIABLE
Sign-in uses one-time passcodes (OTP) — no passwords to remember or reset. All data is scoped to your business so staff only ever see customers from your own program.
MicroTribe Staff Scanner is available exclusively to businesses and staff members on the MicroTribe platform.
