Golden calculates a safe exposure window from your Fitzpatrick skin type, your SPF, and whether you're at the beach, the pool, or in the backyard.

Flip reminders that actually help
Golden times each side and taps you when it's time to turn. Front, back and sides tracked separately, so you can see exactly how your session broke down.

Follow along from your Lock Screen
A running session appears in the Dynamic Island and on your Lock Screen as a live flip countdown — no need to keep the app open, or keep checking your phone.

Vitamin D, estimated and saved
Every session produces a Vitamin D estimate from UV and duration, written straight to Apple Health alongside your time in daylight.

Eighteen colour themes. Your default SPF, your usual spot, and an alert when UV turns dangerous.

Unlock the 7-day forecast, multiple locations, and unlimited activities. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel any time in Settings.
