Today offers a daily prompt and quick shortcuts, while Relax gives you a simple one‑minute breathing reset when you need to slow down.
Everything works offline - our notes, seeds, capsules, and light achievements are stored locally on your device, with no accounts or backend. Adjust animations and haptics in Settings, and open the Privacy Policy when you want the details.
