The base tone collection also includes tones commonly associated with Solfeggio frequencies, so you can explore the character of different sounds. Combine a base tone with a brainwave mode and listen at your own pace.

Use it before deep work, reading, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, a self-care break, or winding down at night.
