**Codex Relay** brings your Codex workflow to your iPhone, letting you stay connected to active threads, assistant responses, approvals, and workspace activity without remaining at your desk.

Connect to a locally running Codex Relay server to send prompts, review output, respond to approval or input requests, attach images for context, check usage, and manage server connection status. Built for developers, Codex Relay requires the relay server to be running on your computer with `npx codex-relay@latest`, with your device connected over the local network.
