Alchemy Leadership is a mobile companion to alchemyleadership.ai, designed for accidental leaders. New managers, founders running their first team, and people promoted into oversight without formal leadership preparation. 

Alchemy is invitation only. You will need an account on alchemyleadership.ai before using the app. The website remains the home for account management and long-form work. The mobile app is built around two things the desktop site cannot offer: hands-free voice conversations using your phone's microphone, and a focused single-purpose surface that fits in a coat pocket.

How the coaching works

Alchemy treats coaching as reflective practice. This is different from a generic AI chatbot.

It does not tell you what to do. It helps you see the situation you are in, including the parts you might not have said out loud yet, drawing on the assessments you complete or bring from elsewhere, and a long-term memory that builds over time.

Think of it as a walking companion who already knows your patterns. You are essentially thinking out loud, but the other voice in the conversation carries a deeper grounding in leadership thinking than most of us have time to develop on our own.

What the app does

- Voice conversations with the Alchemy coaching agent. Long, walking-pace dialogue with hardware echo cancellation, suitable for a commute, a walk, or any setting where typing is impractical.
- Persistent memory across sessions. The app shares the same long-term memory as your web account, so you do not need to re-explain who you are each time.
- Personality, behavioural, and leadership-style assessments. Bring results from assessments you've already invested in, or use the ones built into Alchemy if you do not have any to start with. Alchemy will incorporate them into your profile to better guide you.
- File attachments. Send PDFs, slide decks, photos, or notes into a conversation for Alchemy to read into context.
- Multilingual interface in fourteen languages. English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, and Persian, with right-to-left (RTL) support for Persian, Arabic and Hebrew.

- Alchemy is a reflective surface, not a source of authoritative answers. It is a thinking aid, not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, or clinical care.

Privacy is treated as a foundational commitment. Your conversations and data belong to you. They are encrypted at rest, hosted in Canada under Canadian privacy law, and are never used to train external AI models. Alchemy does not sell, license, or share your data with advertisers, marketing partners, data brokers, or affiliate networks. Alchemy does not combine your data with information from public records, social media, data licensors, or other external sources.
