When someone talks a lot, their bubble grows. When they say less, it shrinks. If the conversation is balanced, the bubbles stay roughly the same size.

It can expose the person who dominates meetings — but it's also a gentle nudge in 1-on-1s, family gatherings, or chats with friends, helping you notice if you're talking too much or barely at all.
