Checking in takes a moment. Choose the weather that fits how you feel, set how strongly it feels, and add a few words if you want to.

Recent check-ins can sit gently beside one another, helping you notice when something has changed without turning your feelings into scores, streaks or targets. Over time, History forms a simple picture of your inner weather, ready whenever you want to look back.

Your entries are stored privately on your device. There are no accounts, ads, advertising trackers or data selling.
Apple Health support and backup exports are entirely optional and only happen when you choose them.
