It collects no personal information and thus shares nothing with third parties, even us!

Free to use but does offer a paid upgrade that gives you advance warning of upcoming reminders. For example, have an anniversary coming up? Give yourself enough time to buy a gift with a 4 week early notification and a 2 week follow up reminder! Never be accusing of forgetting ever again.
