## Description

Pelvio is the simplest app for pelvic floor (kegel) guided exercises. No sign up form. Just get started.  

WHY IT MATTERS
Your pelvic floor supports your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs — yet weakness here is extremely common in both men and women. Regular training is widely used to support bladder control, postpartum recovery, core stability, and sexual wellness.

HOW IT WORKS
Each session combines two complementary exercise patterns:

• Slow contractions — sustained holds that build endurance
• Fast contractions — rapid pulses that train reflex response

A large timer and optional audio cues let you close your eyes and focus fully on the exercise. Choose from five guided difficulty levels — Beginner to Expert — or build a custom workout with full control over reps, hold duration, and rounds.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your workout history and settings stay on your iPhone. Pelvio uses anonymous, privacy-first usage analytics — no advertising IDs, no personal information, no precise location. No account. No ads. No subscriptions.
