CYM (Charter Yacht Management) is a professional, all-in-one fleet-management app built for luxury yacht and catamaran charter operators. Run your entire operation — bookings, accounting, maintenance, inventory and crew — from your phone, tablet or Mac.
 
ACCOUNTING & PROFITABILITY
• Per-charter revenue and expense tracking with standard lines (charter, taxes, tip, commission)
• Payment tracking per charter: deposit, payment received and balance due, with paid/unpaid status
• Annual expenses with pro-rata (insurance, permits) and credits that reduce your totals
• Cash-out ledger per charter (marina, suppliers, crew)
• Profitability analysis with pie charts: average profit, yield and rented days
• Fiscal-year reporting (Nov 1 – Oct 31)
• Formula support in amount fields (=2+2)
 
BOOKINGS & CLIENTS
