Ruck Mode is a watch-first rucking and field training app for loaded miles, Murph prep, trail sessions, pack context, workout receipts, and recovery-aware decisions. Track rucks, runs, hikes, pack weight, effort, route context, readiness, and training history from iPhone and Apple Watch. Pro unlocks deeper readiness, Trail Battery, coach guidance, and richer workout debriefs while Apple handles subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and Family Sharing where supported.

Health, location, motion, and workout data are used only to power training metrics and app features. Support, privacy, and account help are available at ruckmode.app.
