## Description

You don’t need another fasting app begging for your attention and tracking your data.

Ocras is a simple fasting app built around one question: am I eating right now, or fasting?

Set your eating window once, add a widget to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Apple Watch, and that’s pretty much it. Ocras works out your current fasting state from your schedule and shows it at a glance.

There’s no need to start or stop a fast manually. No notifications telling you when to eat. No account to create. You shouldn’t have to open the app several times a day just to keep a fasting timer accurate.

If it’s 3pm on a Tuesday, Ocras should simply be able to tell you at a glance whether you’re inside your eating window, without you unlocking your phone.

What Ocras does

* Set a different eating window for each day of the week, or use the same schedule every day
* Choose from common schedules like 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD, or make your own
* Add widgets to your Home Screen and Lock Screen
* Add widgets and complications to your Apple Watch
* Choose from different widget styles, including the original designs, retro-inspired widgets and vaporwave themes
* Check your fasting status without opening the app
* Works completely offline - no cloud needed

What Ocras deliberately does not do:

* There are no notifications.
* There’s no social feed or sharing.
* There’s no account to maintain.
* There’s no internet connection required for the core app (only if you want to unlock the additional widgets).
* Your schedule and fasting data stay on your device - Ocras does not track anything about you.

The aim is to keep Ocras useful without turning fasting into another thing you need to manage.

Still growing:

I’m continuing to add new widget designs, including more customisation options, and support for longer multi-day fasts is planned too.

For now, Ocras is intentionally small: set your schedule, put a widget somewhere useful, and get on with your day.

Set once. Glance when you need it.

Happy fasting!
