UltraSize helps you capture your body measurements, store them securely and compare them over time. Whether you are training for bodybuilding, following a diet, or simply want your measurements with you when you shop — UltraSize keeps you on top of your progress.

Record the measurements that matter: height, shoulders, chest, waist, hips, neck, arm length, inseam, thigh, calf, biceps and forearm. Every value is time-stamped so you can see exactly how things have changed and compare new readings to any earlier entry.

Your data stays with you

UltraSize works without an account, without tracking and without any cloud AI. Your measurements stay on your device. If you choose, you can turn on the optional iCloud sync to keep your data in step across your own Apple devices — privately, in your own iCloud.

On-device automatic measurement

With camera mode, UltraSize can estimate your body dimensions right on the device. The app uses Apple's Vision framework to detect your pose and compute approximate measurements locally — no upload, no server.

Important: camera measurement is a convenient estimate, not a replacement for a tape measure. Lighting, clothing and posture can all affect the result. For tailor-grade accuracy you should still measure by hand. For following your progress across weeks and months, though, the automatic measurement is fast and practical.
