WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Log every medication with dose, schedule, prescriber, and refill date. CareLog nudges you at each dose time with Mark as Taken and Snooze 15 min actions right on the lock screen.
- Keep a gentle daily check-in of mood, pain, appetite, sleep, mobility, confusion, and falls. In-person, phone, video call, or reported by someone else - every visit counts.
- Prepare for doctor visits with a pre-visit question list and a post-visit notes template you can show on your phone at the clinic.
- See the Emergency Info Card at a glance - name, age, blood type, allergies, conditions, current meds, and emergency contacts. Share a PDF in one tap at the ER.
- Get refill reminders seven days before a medication runs out, so you never have to scramble at the pharmacy.
- Track appointments with one-week and one-day reminders for every visit.
