FOR CAPTAINS & HEADS OF DEPARTMENT: Set up your vessel once, then post positions as you need them. Each role gets its own swipe deck of AI-ranked crew filtered by experience, nationality, distance, and availability. Flag candidates, message them directly, or call via WhatsApp. Your yacht name stays hidden until you initiate contact.
