Use AI-assisted structuring to organise free-form notes into your preferred format, or dictate notes with one-tap speech-to-text. Every edit is version-tracked for clinical governance.
Outcome Measures
CORE-10, PHQ-9, GAD-7, WSAS, and WEMWBS — all built in, all properly scored. Configure which measures are required, recommended, or optional. Track clinical change over time with trend charts. Risk items are flagged automatically.
Client Management
Manage clients from first enquiry through to ending with a clear lifecycle. Assessment sessions, waiting lists, and allocation — all handled within the app.
GDPR-First by Design
