GUIDE is a clinical scoring and compliance reference tool for hospital quality assurance teams. It provides standardised calculators for early warning scores and tracks protocol step completion.

Current features:

Patient List: View and search patients currently being monitored for CPG compliance.

Patient Details: View patient demographics, admission information, and active compliance status.

NEWS2 Calculator: Enter 7 vital sign parameters (respiratory rate, SpO2, supplemental O2, systolic BP, pulse, consciousness, temperature) and receive an instant National Early Warning Score 2 with risk classification (low / medium / high).

Stroke Vital Sign Calculator: Input stroke-relevant vital signs and receive time-stamped calculations for compliance assessment against AHA/ASA guideline thresholds.

Compliance Dashboard: View aggregate compliance summary across monitored patients and protocol types.

Compliance Details: Drill into individual cases to see which protocol steps have been completed, pending, or missed against time thresholds.

This app is a clinical reference and scoring tool for trained healthcare professionals. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All clinical decisions remain with the treating healthcare professional.
