A simplified model for office and court case handling, based on the "Internet+" approach. It builds a new smart court model featuring "digital and intelligent court hearings + cloud-based shared courts", enabling an "integrated online and offline hearing solution" to "reduce spatial distance in litigation and save litigation costs".

II. Core Values and Functions

(1) Cross‑regional Scheduling
With the goal of integrated, standardized, and normalized court hearing management, a comprehensive court hearing management platform is established to enable cross‑regional scheduling of court hearings.

(2) Cross‑regional Court Hearings
By integrating 5G network slicing technology and a secure video exchange platform, geographical limitations are broken down, allowing online court hearings to take place anytime, anywhere.

(3) Remote Evidence Authentication
Using modern computer technology, electronic texts, electronic images, audio and video information are displayed, and physical evidence is also presented.

(4) Online Pronouncement of Judgments
Through online presentations by the plaintiff and defendant, submission of evidence by each party, and the judge's remote review of the case, rulings can be made immediately, with fingerprint signatures on the court records for confirmation.
