## Description

Notify recent partners anonymously after an STI diagnosis. Free, no account, no data stored. Operated by TimeToTest CIC.

TimeToTest is a free, anonymous STI partner notification service. If you have tested positive, it helps you tell recent partners they may have been exposed, without revealing who you are.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Select the diagnosis from a fixed list (chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, HIV, HPV, herpes, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, other)
2. Choose one or more partner phone numbers
3. Review the consent statement and send

Each partner receives a short, anonymous SMS recommending they get tested, with a link to find their nearest sexual health clinic via the NHS. The sender is never identified.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
No account, no email, no name, no sign-in. Phone numbers are transmitted to our backend and to Twilio for SMS delivery, and are not retained after dispatch. No analytics. No tracking. Full contact list is never imported or stored. Only the numbers you select are used.

SAFEGUARDS
18+ only, enforced on first launch. Terms of Service must be accepted before use, with a zero tolerance policy for abusive or false notifications. Recipients can reply STOP to block any further messages. Misuse can be reported to hello@timetotest.app and is actioned within 24 hours.

WHO RUNS IT
TimeToTest is operated by TimeToTest CIC, a UK Community Interest Company (company number 17163328), asset locked to Terrence Higgins Trust (charity number 288527). The service is free and always will be. It is a public health tool, not a business.

WHERE IT WORKS
TimeToTest currently sends to mobile numbers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE
TimeToTest does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition. It does not provide medical advice. It directs recipients to the NHS and to local sexual health services for testing and care.
