• Fridge Chef — meal suggestions based on what you have at home.

• Menu building — smart menus and weekly structure.

• Steps — daily tracking and goals.

• Step competition — invite friends and duel over steps.

• Guided workouts — workout routes with timer, rest between exercises, and video/animation content (based on what's available in the app).

• AI Recommendations — Reminders and inspiration to follow.

• Personal Profile — Calorie Goal, Goal (Lose/Increase/Maintain), Water Goal, and Settings in the Fit Wizard.
