With AI Interviews, you can:

* add candidates and track stage, status, notes, and resume data
* record interviews with round and interviewer details
* import audio or paste transcripts for AI analysis
* generate recaps, summaries, scorecards, evidence highlights, next steps, next-round questions, culture fit analysis, communication analysis, and hiring memos

* generate candidate debriefs across rounds
* export reports in PDF, Markdown, or Plain Text

Privacy is the core product story. Processing is positioned as on-device, no cloud upload is part of the core workflow, no account is required, and recordings, transcripts, and analysis stay on device. The app also supports optional biometric app lock and anonymize-by-default controls.
