Every answer Senarra gives is drawn only from what your family actually recorded — it never invents. Phone calls are recorded only after the caller is told and given the chance to decline. Memories are encrypted in transit and stored securely.

Export everything, anytime — audio, video, photos, and transcripts, in standard formats that open with no account and no app. Export is included on every membership, including the free one. If you stop paying, nothing you've preserved is deleted.
