## Description

BalconySheet is an offline-first field inspection tool for balcony, walkway, deck, landing, and  
  stair safety assessments. Built for building inspectors, property managers, HOAs, and structural 
  engineers running SB-326 / SB-721 exterior elevated element (EEE) surveys in California, and
  general field inspections anywhere.

   per image

  PRIVACY FIRST
  No analytics. No tracking. No ads. All inspection data and photos stay on your device. Google
  sign-in is completely optional and is only used for the "Export to Google Sheets" feature. The
  app requests the drive.file scope, which restricts it to files the app itself creates — it cannot
   read your existing Google Drive files, emails, or contacts.
