Order from your suppliers, scan your delivery notes and track your prices — from your phone, with your own email address.

The Squirrel brings together in a single app what a restaurant owner handles today across a notebook, an inbox and a pile of delivery notes.

SUPPLIER ORDERS
Build your order from your own catalogue, adjust quantities, send it by email — from your own address, Gmail or any other. Suppliers get a message that comes from you, not from a third-party service.

DELIVERY NOTES
Photograph the note on arrival: the app extracts its lines and compares them with what you ordered. What is missing, what was refused, what changed price — you see it before the truck leaves.

CATALOGUE AND PRICES
Every item keeps its price history. A price increase no longer goes unnoticed.

INVENTORY
Set your inventory days: the app reminds you, and keeps a record of each count.

SEVERAL VENUES, SEVERAL HANDS
Run several restaurants from one account, and invite staff with precise permissions: view orders, scan a note, browse the catalogue.

SUBSCRIPTION
The Squirrel is a monthly subscription, taken out per venue:
• Basic — €80/month: orders, catalogue, emails, staff, statistics
• OCR — €100/month: everything in Basic, plus automatic delivery-note reading

The subscription renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your App Store account settings. Business offer only (French SIRET required).
