## Description

DoseTrace is a private, personal health journal. You decide what to track — peptides, injectables, vitamins, supplements, lab work, vaccines, body measurements — and DoseTrace helps you remember it, review it, chart it, and hand it to your own doctor. Everything is entered or uploaded by you. DoseTrace never interprets your data or tells you what to do.

YOUR ROUTINES
• Log the compounds, supplements, and routines you choose to record
• Custom reminders so a dose never slips your mind
• A reconstitution calculator that does the syringe arithmetic from the numbers you enter — the same result any calculator would give, never a suggested dose
• An IU→mass unit converter that restates the units you enter — plain arithmetic, never a suggested dose
• An oral serving calculator that divides the serving amounts you enter into per-dose servings
• Track ready-to-use (RTU) vials as well as ones you reconstitute — supply, dates, and doses remaining
• Missed doses are marked in your history automatically so your journal stays honest — and you can edit or correct any entry
• An optional body map to note where you injected — the site is always your choice
• A clear personal history and calendar of your entries

MY BODY — YOUR HEALTH RECORDS, ORGANIZED
• Lab test journal: upload a PDF or snap a photo of a lab report from any lab, in any language, and DoseTrace pulls out the values so you don't retype them. Chart any marker over time, label your tests, search, and favorite the ones you watch.
• Vaccine journal: log your vaccines and boosters — or scan a vaccine card or a doctor's sheet — with dates, your own next-due reminders, and notes.
• BMR, Energy & Protein calculator: estimate the daily calories and protein that fit your goal, run a reality check against your real results, and track weight vs. waist over time. A general-wellness estimate, never tied to any medication.
• One-tap export: hand any doctor a clean PDF or CSV of the records you entered.

You can edit or delete anything you enter — including every value read from a photo or PDF — so your journal always says exactly what you want it to.

English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch, and Italiano, with locale-aware dates, times, and units.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Your data lives on your device by default. If you turn on sync, it travels encrypted to your own account — no third party reads your entries. Delete everything in two taps, or remove single entries whenever you like.
