  came up on someone's third turn. The answer comes from the
  rulebook, not from a guess.

   BoardGameGeek and confirm.
2. Ask your question.
3. Get the answer, pulled from the actual rulebook.

is $1.99/month. Cancel anytime. Subscriptions auto-renew unless
